This is almost twice as many players as there were at the equivalent time on Day 1a. With Day 1d scheduled for 6pm, today is already showing signs that it will be a busy one.
Day 1b concluded at close to 4am on Friday night, with 15 of the 109 players who started the flight remaining by the time play ended. Added to the 70 who started on Day 1a, this brought the total up to 179 for the first two flights. Still a lot of players required to meet the €200,000 guarantee, will it get there?
