Terms & Conditions – Player of the Festival Ranking

General Terms and Conditions

1. Every player is automatically registered for the ranking.
2. Only tournaments with a buy-in equal or greater to €100/ £100 will be applicable for the ranking.
3. The following tournaments are excluded from the ranking:
   • Ladies Event
   • Special Sponsored Private events(e.g. Coolbet Club Championship)
   • Charity Events
   • Satellite tournaments
   • Staff tournaments
4. All total points earned per event are rounded up to the next integer.
5. The winner will receive a package deal for the next The Festival Series event worth €1,600 and gets a seat for the next Charity Event worth €1,000.
6. The winner of the Ranking Event cannot be unregistered from their obtained prize, nor are they able to sell their obtained prize.
7. If the winner is unable to attend the next Festival, the prizes are voided.
8. If we end up having more than one winner based on points, the highest position in Main Event will determine the official winner.
9. The Festival Series remains the right to adjust the terms and conditions until the moment the first event has started if required.

Ranking Calculations

Base points

All players cashing in a tournament will receive points based on their final position. See the following clarification:

Factor

The following multiplier is used based on the number of entries:

50 to 249	1,5
250 to 499	2

1000 to more	3

Participation Points

These points are based on the buy-in, except for the Main Event which is doubled:

• Buy-in <€125: 1.00
• Buy-in €125: 1.25
• Buy-in €250: 2.5
• Buy-in €550: 5.5
• Buy-in €550 (Main Event): 11
• Buy-in €1,100: 11
